Guarantee

GUARANTEE POLICY

Orders must be received at the first delivery attempt, failing to do so will void this guarantee.

In the unlikely event of a DOA (dead on arrival) order, please contact us at sales@spstank.com with detailed pictures showing the DOA coral within two hours of receiving your order. Once communication regarding the DOA coral has been established with acceptable clear pictures; a replacement order will be arranged.

Once the DOA coral has been replaced, the replacement coral is considered final and is not eligible for further replacements. 

If a replacement order is not possible, you will receive store credit in the amount of the original purchase price of the DOA coral minus shipping costs.

The Guarantee Policy only applies to shipped orders; this guarantee does not apply to Local Pick Up orders.

 

RETURNS

Due to the nature of the products we sell (live corals); returns are not accepted. Please do not ship corals back to us as we cannot accept them. If you encounter an issue once you receive your order, please read our guarantee policy above.
